California Deserves to Thrive — Not Just Survive
California leads the nation in culture, innovation, and talent — but our people are taxed more and too often left with less. As your U.S. Senator, I will use the full power of my federal office to build a new era of prosperity in California — one that leaves no community behind and opens the door to real economic freedom.
The Federal-State Innovation Pact
While state taxes are controlled in Sacramento, a U.S. Senator can lead a new kind of partnership between the federal government and the state — and I will.
Through the Federal-State Innovation Pact, I’ll work with California lawmakers, local leaders, and federal agencies to:
This isn’t about cutting services. It’s about cutting waste, expanding our economy, and giving Californians the freedom to keep more of what they earn — while still investing in the future.
How I’ll Make California Thrive from the U.S. Senate
Bring More Federal Dollars Home
California sends more money to D.C. than we get back. That ends with me. I’ll bring billions back to invest in:
Champion Innovation, Jobs, & Education
Support Housing & Cost-of-Living Relief
My Pledge to California:
“I’m not just running to represent California — I’m running to fight for it. I’ll make sure our tax dollars come home, our economy is built from the bottom up, and our people keep more of what they earn. And yes — I will be the loudest voice in Washington and Sacramento pushing for California to eliminate the state income tax, without raising the cost of living. It’s time for a new deal — one that finally puts the people first.”
Eliminating California’s state income tax can be done responsibly, strategically, and ensure the state continues to fund essential services like education, healthcare, infrastructure, and without increasing property taxes. The key is to reduce wasteful government spending, increase economic activity, and restructure how the state generates revenue.
